Oh how I wish I knew the real story behind this picture! We were driving home from a Missouri trip, and Phil grabbed the camera and snapped this somewhere on a country road in either Illinois or Indiana. I don’t even remember the exact location (though I bet Phil would.)
That is so funny. At first I didn’t catch the tractor. I wonder how they got it up there.

I didn’t see the tractor at first either…but I see the flag seems to be waving strongly, is this during a tornado? or is it a practical joke?
