  1. Great pics! I’m a cemetery person myself. There’s just something about them that I thoroughly enjoy. How sad all these little ones died so young and so close to each other!

  2. Were these taken while in MO? I think we’ve talked cemeteries before. I too wonder what each life was like and the story behind each one. If only there was a little button you could push to hear the story – sort of like at the zoo LOL

  3. I have always found cemeteries to be very beautiful places.
It’s interesting reading the tombstones and markers. There’s alot of history there.

  4. cemeteries are a learning tool and because of my grandmother a place of peace. She would walk around our hometown cemetery and know several of them and made me realize that these were real people and it was not scary just a place of rest. Now we live across from our towns old poper cemetery and it is like a tourist attraction

  5. Growing my mum was the president of our town’s genealogy dept. I practically grew up in old cemeteries. So many sad stories….but I never grow old of looking through the tombstones.

  6. A cemetery down a really, really long, dead end, gravel road in a town I know not the name of.

It was near Story, Indiana and Monroe Lake.
