Wednesday Night

Dinner last Wednesday was at Klas Restaurant authentic Bohemian food! I bought a Czech cookbook there so I could make my own bread dumplings. I can’t wait! I had baked pork, breaded pork, bread dumplings and sweet and sour cabbage. Perfect food for this little Bohemian girl. My child had shrimp and fries.

Ack!! Giant Spiders!

Next, we headed to the Field Museum home of Sue, the T-Rex. I’m pretty sure my child enjoyed this museum the best. Dinosaur bones everywhere! I won’t bore you with the, uhm, like, 300 pictures we took. That’d be like sitting through awful home movies, huh? So how about just a few highlights?
